I would agree with these recommendations and add another one for Lee! I contacted him after reading this thread and asked him to come out and have a look at my boiler after our builder flagged some potential issues. He came out two days in a row, very early in the morning, and after determining there was no issue didn't charge us anything. We will definitely be using him again and couldn't recommend him more.

I'd like to recommend Jack from J H Plastering (07877805665) for floor sanding/plastering/any other building work you'd like done in the SE London area. I'm 8 months pregnant and they did everything we asked quickly, very well and accommodated our constantly changing requests. They knocked a wall through and sanded our floor within a couple of weeks for a very reasonable price. Really nice guys and I couldn't recommend them more.
