  1. I just received a letter from 27 April. Absolutely disgusting
  2. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-63780196.amp East Dulwich Post not being delivered on bbc
  3. I have just left the Peckham post office after filing my second complaint. I asked to speak to the manager one is in a meeting not coming in and the other is having a rest day. The lady behind the counter informed me that Dulwich has no staff and there are piles and piles of packages and boxes of post. Staff are off sick or their not coming in. She only gave me one letter which is first class from 3 November. She said the boxes are not her problem it's a Dulwich problem and she works for Peckham she cannot help me. The manager will be in the office tomorrow if anyone wants to go down there.
  4. I have been waiting post since 1 October. I lodged a complaint was given a reference number and told I could go down to the depot to collect my mail. Upon arrival I was told "it hasn't been sorted it will take me two hours to sort and I'm not doing that" by the employee. I explained I'm waiting for post as I need to send stuff back otherwise I will be fined and was met with shrugged shoulders. I then telephoned customer services gave the reference who told me in order not to be fined I should pay the company money so they will send it tracked and at least I won't be fined. He denied there was a problem. To which I replied my regular postman has told me there is a backlog so what are you doing about this? To say they were not helpful is an understatement. I was left with you will receive a letter about your complaint
  5. I keep having to clear dog poo from my front door. It's so frustrating that today I step outside and someone has allowed their dog to poo at the door. If you are a dog owner you should clean up the dog muck that your dog leaves behind and not allow it to fowl at someone else's property😡
  6. They usually collect our bins on Tuesday but it was collected today
  7. I wouldn't want to have you as a neighbour you sound like a right piece of work. I came here to ask advice from my community not to spread unfound lies about my neighbours and make matters worse! And FYI cannabis maybe illegal but you are allowed to have certain amount in your possession without recourse so technically it is the landlord who has to prove it its not down to the police. The landlord has been very unhelpful in respect of my antisocial claim.
  8. I don't want to tell the police their dealing drugs when I know that's not the case. I think it will cause further problems with them in the long run
  9. Did anyone get a resolution to the cannabis smoking... currently having the same problems with a nightmare neighbour. Is it worth trying to say anything, or > going to the police about it? I would say it is > anti-social so maybe relevant for an ABSO?
