A couple of call-outs When we wanted a valuation on our flat, we got a wide range of numbers from various agencies. We trusted the valuation from No Flies because they were able to break down how they arrived at our figure using data from the local market. It was super transparent, and we appreciated it. In both our sale and purchase, there were a few times where the chain got a bit heated and threatened to break down. The experience of Brendan and Tony at No Flies made a huge difference here as they were able to spot a path forward and worked with us to communicate it to all parties. We would not have got over the line without these guys. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

I'd also be more than happy to recommend Aria and AFE. We had a difficult to reach pipe leaking into the flat below and it was dealt with extremely quickly and professionally. Would happily call Aria next time I need some work complete!

On moving, they handled everything with care and were thoroughly professional throughout. They handled some particularly difficult items, such as our sofa, with great care despite narrow stairways and did a wonderful job. I will happily use Pavel and his team for any future moves.
