  1. Hi intexasatthemoment. Thank you for your previous help giving me a map showing the school on a 1960s map. I have made 8 enquiries to the national archives, Dulwich College estate archives, Dulwich Society, Brian Green and Southwark libraries archives all without success. I'm looking for images and photos of the school not necessarily pupils. My sister and I both went to the school. I will try and trace Andy Doidge on Facebook but it's not looking hopeful as you say. Many thanks again for your interest in my search.
  2. Goodrich school Annexe next to the Lordship Lane Estate in the 1950s. Single storey L shaped building in Firemans Alley behind the BT building. Did anybody go to this school or have photos of it please? Any memories very welcome. Thank you.
  3. Thank you so much for that map. I used to live on the estate in the 50's and 60's. I even contacted Brian Green a local historian who said he could find no trace of the school. My sister and I are visiting Dulwich next month to see the area and park.
  4. Does anyone remember a small Annexe pre school in Fireman's Alley in the 1950's? Any help gratefully received.

    Rosacea

Have discovered a really helpful cream which does actually work straight away. It's called Rosalique 3 in 1 anti redness formula. Spf25 and can be used as a foundation or concealer.
  6. Yes it was a rough material and in a gingery brown too. There was a lady park keeper who wore a round brimmed hat who was quite stout and very scary to us children. They used to have small wooden huts for the park keepers which were dotted around the park. Thanks for finding the photo. All good memories!
  7. Does anyone remember the park keepers who wore brown uniforms and hats?
  8. Can anyone recommend a place to stay for retired lady visiting Dulwich for a few days without a car please?
  9. Does anyone remember a small pre school in Firemans Alley behind the old BT building. The area is cleared now as the building may have been built in asbestos. I lived in Bew Court on the Lordship Lane Estate in the 1950s.
