  6. Small property developer seeking help over next weeks/months and ongoing... Based near Denmark Hill/ Camberwell, with some scope for working from home & from wherever (phone/computer). But regular actual physical office work in SE5 would be at least 50% of it. It is a mix of keeping me organised and helping to keep a small property business organised. - finding suitable trades people and companies to produce and fit (e.g. fitted furniture) - chasing up / arranging meetings with suppliers/ potential suppliers - replying to messages - sending information to people - keeping a calendar & reminding of any meetings or deadlines - uploading information/ media to websites - finding materials & products we need - some basic book-keeping (inputting data in spreadsheets) - some personal admin e.g. health/ booking appointments - keeping the office itself organised, clean and tidy Some of this will be done when I'm not around, most of the time I will be there, some can also be done on a 'work-from-home' basis (e.g. if you have family commitments etc.) if interested, please reply here initially with some info about yourself, experience, availability etc. & why you might be a good fit. also expectations for hourly pay rate. (should be roughly in line with a junior-to-mid level office administrator). If you have any other relevant skills or qualifications (e.g. if you drive a car or speak another language or have done up your own house- anything else that might be relevant) - please include that info. I have some flexibility around hours, days and details, but looking for roughly 3-4 hours per day, 5-6 days per week, afternoons ideally. if all goes well and it suited to become a full-time position, there is scope for progressing to that. thanks for reading!
  7. I always have general work locally. PM me if interested. cheers
  8. I have an interior fit-out project that I need to get done in the coming weeks/months. It is mainly the final stages of a medium-to-high end project. Soft furnishings, wall coverings, utility final connections. - fitting headboards - fitting wardrobes - fitting wallpaper - fitting blinds = mounting TV/audio I need someone to assist me with finding suitable tradespeople, supervising their work and possibly some creative input, if that is your thing. The main thing is being very well-organised, positive, energetic and confident, along with having good English, being personable and at least a basic level of commercial sense (e.g. being able to bargain, negotiate etc.) If you are interested, please message me here initially with why you'd be a good fit, roughly what your availability and hourly rate would be. It's likely to be for around the next 10-12 weeks, part-time. (maybe 10-15 hours per week, depending what stage things are at). Thanks for reading!

  10. Hello, I need to find someone who can come daily to prepare beds, clean rooms, bathrooms & kitchen, hoover stairs - usual stuff! around 2-3 hours a day. decent rates for the right person (well above minimum wage/LLW). ideally you speak some English, enjoy housework & keeping things clean, have a positive and enthusiastic personality. a bit of prior experience helpful. all will be explained on first day. additionally if you are good at things like painting, DIY, garden work, carrying things etc and happy to help with random tasks & jobs, then it could be 4-5 hours a day, ie around 30 hours a week. let me know a bit about yourself & your availability please and a number to reach you on and if it seems like a good fit, we can make a plan to meet up for a trial shift.
  11. Hello all, I'm looking to find someone who's a good multi-tasker with a bit of spare time, to assist me around the house - pretty 'hands-on' - some admin, some 'light' DIY (things like putting up TVs or Nest cameras), light manual jobs (carrying things, assemble/ disassemble), some cleaning, some garden work (now Spring is nearly here..), some website stuff (updating, listing things on Ebay etc.). Probably start with about 9-10 hours a week at first (3 days x 3 hours approx) for a trial period & then seek to increase that if things are going well. If you're interested, please reply via PM with a bit about yourself, to give me some idea of the following list: 1. your age 2. your experiences 3. your skills/abilities 4. your availability 5. what hourly rate you'd be happy with 6. your contact info If I think it's got potential to be a good fit, I'll get in touch and we can have a chat & set up a paid trial day. Thanks for reading :)
