  1. Not East Dulwich but you can definitely get them in the Chinese supermarket at the top of rye lane next to the Morrisons car park.
  2. I've been to one Dulwich Hamlets game before a long time ago and I'm pretty sure I just bought tickets on the gate. I've got some friends visiting end of Jan and they all want to go watch a game. Someone mentioned that games can sell out and its best to prebook tickets if you can but I can't figure out where to do this. Their official website has a link for 'tickets and fixtures' but there's no actual options anywhere to buy tickets. Am I being dumb and missing something?
  3. We had some small trivial items stolen from the garden shed. Thought I'd share this from our video doorbell. This man is seen exiting our garden through the side gate but not entering in the early hours of Wednesday 16th Nov. Assume he's accessed by jumping the fences and filling his pockets with what he can. Thought i'd share and warn people to be on the lookout. I've also reported to 101.
  4. Everybody seems to be getting hung up on the size, mass or height of the vehicle. While that may be why they've been targeted it's certainly a convenient catch all to get across the point, which most on here seem to be missing. The crux of the issue is transport efficiency, or 'insert toxic gas here' per mile produced. Whether co2 or Nox etc. Small cars produce less. Yes a modern big SUV probably produces less than a 10 year old hatchback but it definitely produces more than a hatchback of the same manufacturing year. This action is raising awareness of this fact and asking what cost does personal convenience truly come with. Could you switch to a more economical car, whether that be newer or smaller? And yes, before people assume, I am a motorist.
  5. Update: After reporting the missed collection on the Tuesday night (bin day is Tuesday), they got collected on Saturday. Not only did the green bin they missed get collected but they also took the recycling. So all in all, not a bad outcome. I never got any confirmation or acknowledgement for submitting the form though.
  6. This sounds frustrating. I won't expect them to be picked up anytime soon then.
  7. Sounds like a simple question but Southwark website is useless. The bin men missed our green bin collection on Tuesday (the neighbors definitely got collected). I reported the missed collection on Tuesday night and they've not yet attempted another collection. My bin is now full and I've got nowhere to put my rubbish. Anyone know what the timeframe usually is for getting the bins re-collected after reporting it missed?
