  1. I would recommend Lee from Inclusive Personal Training. I've trained with him at the Dulwich Leisure Centre this year and he's great. He keeps me motivated throughout the sessions with a variety of exercise moves and weight training, plus some good chat to help things moving along! He's really responsive and if I mentioned a specific area I want to focus on, or if I've had any trouble/pain then he adapts the exercises to help. His approach is always friendly, never shouts or is intimidating which makes sessions really enjoyable and effective.
