  1. Ah ok! Thank you for letting me know 🙂
  2. Hi everyone - just wondering if the East Dulwich FB group is down? For some reason it is not appearing for me and I'm looking for a landscaper
  3. Hello I'm looking for a recommendation for a dog trainer or behaviourist who does F-F sessions in East Dulwich.
  4. Hello. I am purchasing a flat in East Dulwich and we are looking to get the kitchen redone. I'm currently getting quotes from different companies (Howdens, Wickes, Wren, etc) but would also like to know if anyone recommends a kitchen fitter? Ideally we'd like the job to be done after we complete but before we move in, so hopefully end of June / early July! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
  5. Any suggestions on who to report to? My partner has gone to speak to the owner (or manager) and he laughed it off!
  6. Last night my friend and I posted about Londis on the corner of Goose Green and about how the staff makes us feel uncomfortable and makes unwanted sexual advances and comments. We were met with suspicion and the post was deleted. I am re posting again with my long standing profile. The reason we created new profiles is because our names were associated with our previous ones and we were worried about our privacy. However, this is something I am concerned about and find really troubling. The responses we got last night made it seem as though we were making it up. We are not making it up, a simple scan of the reviews suggest that others have experienced the same. What we are trying to achieve is not the slandering of an individual (we don't even know his name) but I guess we'd like the shop owner to see the impact that this person is having on the community - particularly women. I now no longer enter that store after some of the comments directed towards me but feel conflicted as I don't want to be run out of local shops due to one staff member. I would urge you to read this post not as an attempt at slander but an attempt to change a situation that we have felt powerless in in the past.
  7. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago (and also the second time it's happened in the last year!) I live on Adys Road as well. The only thing taken from my car was chewing gum but other than that, it had just been rifled through. I kept blaming myself, thinking I was being forgetful and not locking the door properly but I'm relieved to see (in a way - wish this wasn't happening!) this is a wider issue.
  8. Just a warning to all in the Adys Road area - this morning my partner realised the plates off his car were stolen while he was parked on Adys Road. Then this evening the flat below ours got sadly broken into with laptops stolen. Just a warning to remain vigilant in the area as there seems to be an uptick in crime. (Both incidents have been reported to the police separately)
