Just a heads up to everyone. We had a delivery man knock on our door tonight with 3 pizzas we had not ordered. We told him they were "not ours", he then said there were some youths hanging round outside and he thought itcould be a scam. We invited him in while the guys hung around outside for a while and I called the police. He was a bit scared I think though tried not to show it. I think they would have grabbed the delivery bag and possibly assulted him. If this happens to you keep an eye out for the delivery person and make sure he gets back to his vehicle safely if pos, I felt pretty sorry for him.

Hello, does anyone know anyone who might want a small job updating my old website. I dont want to do a whole new one as the woman who did it, (who has sadly moved to Australia), has done a lot of canny stuff and its always high up on google searches. It was done about 6 or 7 years ago using the old fashioned code type of design. It will mostly just be type changes and a few new links. Thanks Hilary

The prices are shocking, but they are not all quite 600K, my house is a lovely 3 bed, victorian, detached house, opposite Goodrich school and its up for 585k. I don't know if there really are loads of buyers around as I've only had a couple of viewings in 2 weeks. Maybe I'm using the wrong estate agents!
