  1. an introduction to weightlifting for teenagers from 14-16 each Sunday at Dulwich college sports club starting from January 2nd 8 weeks for ?100 The course will focus on a different body-part each week and will include take away homework and notes to be studied the course is aimed at teaching beginners how to use the gym and its equipment safely for their required sports and fields of interest any further enquires please contact using poster details
  2. a new course aimed at young teenagers who are interested in getting into the gym to improve their strength for sports or personal fitness goals. the course is a 6 part seminar and hands on experience with circuits training each week. the course is aimed at educating new lifters as each week their will be a 30 minute presentation to begin with that will deal with the main exercises done that day. the next 30 minutes will be hands on application ad modification of technique to ensure lifters know all the basic and can go and practise safely. the final part of the 90 minute workshop is a 30 minute circuits fitness class again applying techniques taught that day tis course is to help dispel all the white noise out there online when it comes to safe lifting for beginners having used weights since the age of 14 and coming up on 22 years my own of starting experience is the backbone of this course any queries don't hesitate to email
