  2. Hi all, I recently posted about a series of free mindfulness/wellbeing workshops I am running on Zoom. I hope to provide a space for people to feel grounded and connected as we head into a potentially challenging winter together. The workshops will be informal and intimate with limited numbers.   5. Mindful Self-Love Workshop: Develop a new, healthy and compassionate way of relating to yourself. THIS COURSE HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. NEW DATES AND TIMES WILL BE ADVERTISED SHORTLY. This course weaves together elements of western psychology, evolutionary theory, neuroscience, mindfulness and ancient Buddhist philosophy. In this course you can expect to: ? Learn simple, practical techniques to relax and ease feelings of stress and worry. ? Be guided through gentle exercises to help you spot old and outdated ways of thinking and relating to yourself and others. ? Learn and experience new ways of connecting and relating to others. ? Learn practices from ?positive psychology? shown to boost happiness and wellbeing. The course will be a mixture of teaching, exploratory exercises, group sharing/discussions, guided meditations and mindfulness practices, plus ideas to take home and try out between sessions. It takes place over 5 weeks, on Tuesday evenings. Victoria is a registered/practicing psychotherapist, who has trained in humanistic, psychodynamic and body psychotherapy, mindfulness and mindful self-compassion.
