I've read through all the above comments - if anyone has a link to any online site selling reusable N99 + N95 masks that would be helpful as I can only find disposable ones ....

------------------------------------------------------- If anyone (in particular artists and craftspeople) has experience of selling direct from a store on their website - or Instagram - or anywhere online where you can just click and buy, can you let me know the pros + cons of each? I currently sell through actual galleries (so not so great at the moment with half of them closed) and get quite a lot of buyers contacting me via DM on Instagram, but I don't have Insta and facebook set up as a shopping portal. A friend sells direct from Facebook - any feedback on that would also be appreciated. I'm looking for something that looks good visually for my designs and artworks, user friendly for both customers and for me, and which also is not too expensive. Any recommendations or feedback would be great thanks.

I'm trying to download an electronic copy of the lease agreement for my flat which I own and which is in a block of 3 in Honor Oak as all 3 of us want to check the plans for who has access to which bits of the garden and shared roof etc. I've tried looking on the Govt land registry site but it's not clear how to do it - if anyone knows the direct link that would be great. I noticed there are several other sites advertising to sell e-copies of the lease with similar names to Land registry but I'm guessing they charge a rip-off price!

In case you're still looking, - I use FedEx via Parcels2go for small things like that - it usually costs around - ?22 and often arrives the next day! NB I am sending gifts not commercial items though.
