After spending an hour struggling to remove the pedals on my bike yesterday, I gave BC Bikes a call. Only 20 minutes until closing time, but they said no problem, bring the bike around and we'll take a look. Not only did they make me feel less of a feeble girl by also having a good old struggle, they changed the pedals over for free. Highly recommended!

My brown wheelie bin went missing on Tuesday. Had a good search, but couldn't find it so e-mailed Southwark via their website to ask for a new one. And a shiny new bin turned up less than 48 hours later. Well done Southwark!
