  1. Hi, I live on Turney Road and yesterday I came out to get in my car to drive to Gail's and I couldn't find it. There was a note left where I had parked it saying that the council had taken it away on a lorry and were going to compress it into a cube? And that I only had 30 minutes to move my cube? Is this to do with the LTN and does anyone know how I can find my cube?
  2. Average parking spot in the UK, 2.4m, width of a London bus, 2.52m, so I'd say just shy of five metres from the curb to the centre line.
  3. That's erring on the side of caution but add to that the recommended 1.75m to take you out of the door zone and that puts you at least 3.75m from the edge of the kerb.
  4. If you don't think it's possible to ride down Lordship Lane 2m away from people, when Lordship Lane has car parking along great stretches of it, I'm struggling to understand why anyone should take anything you say seriously.
  5. That's true, this virus can take your head clean off. I saw it on medium. make sure you're wearing your virus helmets people.
  6. More selfish dog owners ruining things for everyone.
  7. How about don't take your dogs? Therefore no dog mess,no dogs dragging their owners too close to other people,no dog owners flouting the lockdown rules by taking their dogs out several times a day. Studies have implicated dogs in the spread of this virus, seems like heaping Pelion on Ossa, risk-wise. That's a simple proposal everyone can follow, and would be very effective.
  8. I dont Know what you mean. I'm just a normal 105 year old who needs to walk their 15 very well behaved dogs, dogue de Bordeaux, Newfoundland, English mastiff etc, three times a day. Where I live it's uphill both ways to the park so I have to drive my van there. Yesterday I saw a young family, all on bikes which much have cost ?10k each, cycling along, laughing. I read on the internet that a single laugh can generate a viroid plume in excess of 100 square metres, thus this young family was blanketing most of the neighborhood in viruses. Very dangerous behaviour, should be stopped.
  9. First mate, I know you're keen to get out on the bike but please just stay inside. It's that simple.
