Since our temporary closure due to Covid-19 we have been trying to find ways to help customers and have been operating our version of ?Text and Collect? quite successfully. How it works is that you get in touch with us and let us know your requirements, and we send you some pictures and a paper gauge if necessary. Then, generally following a phone conversation, we put some shoes aside for you to collect and pay for. All handled without any contact. To help you see more of the lovely shoes we selected for this season we have put some in our window, posted some pictures on our Instagram page and also added some photos to our 'Robert Carder Shoes - Dulwich' Facebook page. We are aiming to put up more product pictures as soon as we can, but if you don?t see what you are looking for please do just get in contact. We stock most types of footwear for all the family from baby sizes 4s to big adult size 12s! Thanks to the two lovely customers who pointed out that our email address on our previous post was wrong. We have been closed for a few weeks now but increasingly we are being contacted by parents who need shoes for toddlers who have just started walking, or for children whose feet have grown out of last year?s summer footwear. Don?t worry we can help! We are proposing a version of ?TEXT & COLLECT? which we have trialled at our other shop in Surrey. When it comes to measuring and fitting, we have many years? experience and can tell a lot from a photo of feet and the shoes that children are currently wearing. Also sandals, Crocs and canvas tend to be less of a fitted product which makes life a bit easier ? something that we could all do with at the moment!
