Matthew Hanson and his 'team' do not operate in a professional manner. Matthew agreed to undertake significant work for me in a house renovation and kitchen extension rebuild in 2016. Matthew does none of the work himself (just the sales pitch) and then a team of people who you have never met turn up to do the job. His 'team' don't speak English and therefore communication was difficult. The quality of the work is low, I had significant problems throughout, most notably a new wall which Matthew's builders constructed which cracked a week after it was built. I had to dismiss Matthew halfway through the job as a result. The new 'roof' that Matthew's company constructed over my kitchen extension was not properly built and is now leaking, 4 years after it was built. I am now having to replace the entire kitchen roof at a cost of ca.?5,000 to do a job which I paid Matthew to do properly, which he failed to do. Happy to provide photos and any further information regarding Matthew's business. I would be surprised if even 50% of these reviews on this thread are genuine.
