Had a ticket for a Bach to Baby concert in Dulwich Village last week and the organizers were very inflexible and would not let me transfer the ticket to this upcoming event in East Dulwich. They took my money and offered no compensation which I found very paltry considering their target market is mums and babies they need to be flexible with their T&Cs to take into account that lives with young babies can be unpredictable. I attend a lot of paid parent and baby events (inc Baby Sensory & Oru Space) in the area and this is the first time I have encountered a company that won’t accommodate a request to change the event to another date therefore I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

Another endorsement for Andy. My husband rang him on Saturday to enquire whether he could assemble our garden shed. He promptly returned the call and managed to call around yesterday and complete the arduous task without an instruction manual! Such a fantastic worker and a really lovely guy to have around. We will definitely be calling upon Andy’s services again soon!

Just wanted to leave an endorsement for Collin Smith who installed two ceiling lights in our lounge along with plaster ceiling roses this morning. He also installed a chandelier in our hallway. Collin is very responsive, a real professional and a really nice guy to have around. I will definitely be using him for any electrical works in my new home going forward.

If you are going to have someone into your house to paint for a few days, you need them to be someone like Juan of Molla Painting-easygoing, trustworthy, extremely diligent and just a lovely guy to have around! We were really impressed with his craftsmanship and professionalism and are really delighted with the end result and have no hesitation with endorsing him and will be using him going forward.

We have just recently moved to a new home in East Dulwich and would like to endorse Peter and his colleague from VP Removals for their removal services. Peter was super responsive and flexible whilst I had to change my completion dates. He and his colleague arrived on time, worked super hard at removing and dismantling some very complex pieces of furniture. I would like to leave a review for Alfie who we got to clean our new home today. Alfie was very pleasant, professional and did a superb job at cleaning. Our home is looking so much better since Alfie?s visit. I will definitely be availing of Alfie?s services going forward.

I would like to leave an endorsement for Handyman East Dulwich (Vic and Carl) tel: 07885 537 463 who carried out a number of exterior works including dismantling an old wall, installing metal fencing and building a new wall outside our home. Both Vic and Carl were very professional and did a fantastic job at constructing our new wall. I will definitely be availing of their services for any other works we need done. Also they were able to hang new lights in our hallways before they left.
