Had a ticket for a Bach to Baby concert in Dulwich Village last week and the organizers were very inflexible and would not let me transfer the ticket to this upcoming event in East Dulwich. They took my money and offered no compensation which I found very paltry considering their target market is mums and babies they need to be flexible with their T&Cs to take into account that lives with young babies can be unpredictable. I attend a lot of paid parent and baby events (inc Baby Sensory & Oru Space) in the area and this is the first time I have encountered a company that won’t accommodate a request to change the event to another date therefore I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

Another endorsement for Andy. My husband rang him on Saturday to enquire whether he could assemble our garden shed. He promptly returned the call and managed to call around yesterday and complete the arduous task without an instruction manual!

Such a fantastic worker and a really lovely guy to have around. We will definitely be calling upon Andy’s services again soon!

I would like to leave a review for Alfie who we got to clean our new home today. Alfie was very pleasant, professional and did a superb job at cleaning. Our home is looking so much better since Alfie?s visit. I will definitely be availing of Alfie?s services going forward.
