  1. My experience with Siobhan was wholly positive and helpful. I was in need of a direct approach to carefully confront the pervasive and anxiety inducing thought patterns I was swimming in. Siobhan helped me to embrace my value and reframe my self belief. I can?t recommend Siobhan enough - she is empathic, warm and evidently experienced. Not only did Siobhan give me the space to reflect on my painful experiences, she also equipped me with strategies to help manage the fearful thinking should it reappear. Thank you!

  3. Hello, I am offering private yoga lessons online at a reduced rate: ?30 per 60 minute class. I have over 200 hours of teaching experience, 6 years of personal practise and I am certified by YogaAlliance. My lessons are accessible to all ages and levels of ability and I have experience of working with students with specific physical limitation and need. I teach mostly Hatha - which is generally slower with more static postures. I transferred all my private clients over to online sessions due to the covid-19 restrictions, and it?s worked surprisingly very well. My sessions are just as personal, collaborative and helpful for my students while at home.
