Apologies, just found a pic of Dr Shane online and I now believe that it was the previous dentist there - Mr Joe Something? - who I was treated by. Only saw Dr Shane once. Shall try and find name of first guy.

I went to Dr Shane for some years, and always found him pleasant plus he would charge NHS max but include lots of tricky work (such as crowns). The only thing I am slightly worried is that a couple of years I found a good female dentist elsewhere, and in examining me she pointed out that the crowns had not been root-filled, which she suggested should have been the case. Would be interested if anyone with dental expertise felt she was correct. Thanks
