Hi, We paid for advance for a move of a sofa and cabinet in March. It was cancelled due to Covid issues on their end, which is fine. However, we are still waiting for a ?100 refund which has been promised. We are being given the run around and are disappointed as the service came well recommended. Ciaran.

Hi, Another recommendation here. We had tried to sort the problem out ourselves but were getting nowhere. Called these guys and they were at our flat within 2-3 hours. Very professional and reasonable. They talked us through the steps they were taking and explained what we could expect from the process.
