I can see why after a hot day, some rubbish is left on the common. Once bins are full, where are you supposed to put your rubbish? It obviously goes on the floor beside the bin or somewhere else easily found by council employees the next day. If it was a big problem, the council would install more bins, but they dont so it cannot be much bother for a few cleaners to go around the park the next day tidying the place up again. We do pay our council tax after all! Personally, im sure i have left empty cans and fag butts on the floor where i was sat, but that is only because im too drunk to care anymore, all the other times i do actually have the decency to pick my rubbish up.
