Rad Power Bikes are amazing. Most electric bikes seem to be very neat and perfect for those who want to cycle but don't like getting hot and sweaty with the effort. We need more of them, and we need people to stop driving their cars, so if you're thinking of getting one, do it, and leave the car at home. Charlie

12 Lordship Lane used to be an estate agents but has been empty and seemingly abandoned for years. Whats going on with it? Surprised it hasn't been turned into coffee or posh food outlet by now.

Hi all, Can anyone recommend someone competent and reliable that can fit a good quality bathroom? Looking for someone who knows his stuff to make an OK bathroom excellent. Thanks, Charlie 07429611696

There are fantastic electric bikes out there at the moment. I love the Rad Power selection - I think they sell online and deliver to you. If you don't cycle now, just start cycling on a regular cheap bike and if you enjoy it and are keen, then shell out for an electric - they tend to be quite expensive. They are slightly heavier than a regular bike but not by much. Charlie

Hi, I offer same day bike repairs and service. You can drop off with me, or I can collect from you and drop the bike off when it is done. Whatsapp is the best way to contact me - with a pic of the bike pls. My prices are reasonable and I will quote you before I do the work. ?45 for a service generally. Thanks, 0742 961 1696. Charlie

I offer local bike repairs and servicing. I can manage all work from basic repairs to a full rebuild. I specialise in bringing dead bikes back to life, and have a small workshop in Peckham. I have some availability in the next couple of weeks if anybody needs anything done. Reasonable rates. I am enthusiastic, good at what I do, and will care for your bike. Best to text or call and a photo by whatsapp is the best way of showing me what you need and I can quote before doing any work. I can collect and drop off from East Dulwich, Nunhead and Peckham if needs be. Charlie 07429 611696
