Hello. Over the years there have been a few threads about the Dawson?s Heights flats. I?m wondering if anyone who lives on the estate can let me know what recent charges have been like for works and services. I know there are lifts in the blocks so have you had to pay high costs associated with these and other works? I?ve lived in ED for approx 18 years and as far as I know Dawson?s Heights looks likes a nice place to live. If you Live there please can you let me know? Thank you
