No, we are not related, if not by the fact we are both Italian, He has simply done a lot of works for me, while I have been cancelled upon by two builders and a handyman found here in the past. Not easy to find a reliable jack of all trades! Franco's English is not great yet but he is so capable, and I don't see anything wrong in helping him getting more work if I have been genuinely satisfied with his services.
