I have to say it?s very difficult to know... I run a small business (Perkier Naturally ~ botanical soaps) and go to the post office several times a week to post my letterbox boxes of soaps... Some days it?s quiet just after lunch, but yesterday I queued around this time for an hour! Likewise, on some days it?s been quiet first thing, and other days the queue is extremely long. This may not be at all helpful to you (sorry!) but I guess what I?m trying to say is that there doesn?t seem to be much of a pattern. Good luck, and let me know if I can help at all :)
