I love your advert!!!! Dont give up!! My daughter gave up a number of things and then discovered the guitar and had much fun with her band for a long time. She also trained as a classical singer and has the most beautiful voice. I always remember her giving up the cello precisely one month after we stopped renting an instrument and finally bought one . I got quite rattled when she then announced she wanted to play the harp-I was nor prepared to gamble with the family finances to such a degree!! I think that giving your child musical opportunities is a wonderful thing and can applaud your efforts. P.S. Sadly I do already have a drum kit (Pearl) in the garage. When my daughter gave up the cello we donated the instrument to her school since we wanted to give another child an opportunity to discover music.
