  1. Since I found Gokay via this thread I thought I?d come back to say thank you! I?ve been training with Gok for about 6 months now, after being ill last year and wanting to get back on track with my fitness and wellbeing. I?m now fitter and stronger than I was before and the whole process has been structured, considered and, importantly, fun! The sessions are challenging but he is very encouraging and it?s great to see the results as the hard work pays off. I?m glad I went with the recommendations on here so, if you?re considering, I would highly recommend him.
