Previously there was a note in window saying opening 15/3, that was around late Feb. I assumed they?d gone on holiday. -
B&Q will deliver, no ? What does ?200 bags of 15 bags of prompt cement? mean ? If you?re getting a lot of gear, get it delivered by Gibbs & Dandy, Jewson, BuildBase, Wickes. For what you seem to be ordering it?ll be free delivery.

I?ve had seeds from same pack germinate a couple of weeks apart, in same tray. Also, direct extended sunlight seems to speed up the germinating process. And, once germinated I remove the plastic cover they seem to strengthen better. Patience required !

You should be fine if you explain what happened with the post via Royal Mail. The fine was sent via a service unable to deliver to the intended recipient address, within reasonable timeframes. I?ve used the link to this thread as reason for not attending to my end of legal matters when facing a fine.
