We worked with Fernando recently and can only agree with every other statement here - he is tremendously hard working, great at communication and also a jolly nice person.

My review keeps getting deleted on another post so I wanted to ensure there was a balanced report on here regarding a bad experience with Norwood Roofing. They came round to fix some issues with the roof but following a downpour a few months later it was clear that the problem had not been fixed properly. When I asked them to return, they were adamant that the issue was caused by the gutter (even though there was leaking coming in the roof from where they had fixed). I found them aggressive and unwilling to engage in the issue. Therefore in all truth I cannot recommend them as although on first appearances the work had been done properly, you cannot trust that they will come back to make repairs if it goes wrong.

That's a shame, I hope they manage to pick themselves up next year. Feel sorry for the staff if they are not being paid.
