Hi everyone, i need some advice. Flat next door to us has a lot of rubbish outside, I know it's a private property so I should speak to the landlord or tenants next door, however I haven't seen anyone deal with it. Council said they can pick it up if it's on the street, but not a private property. Is there anything else I can do? It's starting to attract pests :S
