  3. Very sad to hear nothing has improved with this practice. God only knows why they continue to employ such foul receptionists. Makes you wonder what they have on them

  5. One particular receptionist is blatantly out of her depth , she always has been, irritated and rude even before she answers the phone or sees you at reception. Surely she must be about to retire. I just can?t deal with being talked at and talked down to, it?s absolutely dreadful. The econsult, when it?s working, being able to bypass the rude staff, is a wonderful thing.
  6. Trying to liaise with this surgery is something else. The atmosphere is awful and the receptionists are rude , irritable and dismissive. Their econsult is also down again. Anyone have any advice ?
  7. Just seen my dear friend who had her hair hacked at, its very uneven , opp the old grove harvester top of lordship lane. Reminded me not to try there. Apparently many hairdressers insist on the point cutting technique which hides their mistakes and lack of skill. Anyone else know of anywhere to be trusted ??

  9. Does anyone know who is the top person to contact at everyone active ? I don?t mean the manager at the centres as they are all cut from the same cloth. Head office just passes it on to the centre manager. Who is above Head office ? Does anyone know ?
