I'd like to recommend Urszula who has been cleaning my flat for years and I now consider a friend. First of she is NICE...and that means a good person, decent, honest and has a nice personality. I think this is important because they are in your home cleaning and you want to trust them and like them. Secondly she is good at her job, reliable and generally cool. She is a hard working mum and has a great sense of humour. She has joined up with Monika who I don't personally know but imagine she is great too.
