  1. 5G has a shorter range and is worse at penetrating obstacles between you and the cell tower, try logging into the router and knocking it back to 4G (LTE) You also need to establish if the problem is WiFi or cellular. Change the WiFi from 5GHz to 2.4GHz and you will get better WiFi coverage within your house If your WiFi is fine and moving to 4G doesn't help then you might be in a dead spot. There's lots of fibre deployed in East Dulwich

  3. in all their plans/meetings the highways department didn't have enough imagination to anticipate this
  4. yes the green, when rubbish arrives at veolia it gets squashed and sort of composted for 12 days and then goes to SELCHP (the incinerator) https://selchp.com/our-facility/
  5. They recently spoke about shredded paper when I was on a tour at Veolia's recycling centre. It's like confetti when it arrives and can't be recycled however it burns nicely at the incinerator and they get energy from it.... (ie. via the rubbish bin)
  6. it's the only FB Group I was a member of where scam messages would sit for days unmanaged
  7. I spoke to a sound engineer at Piermont and he mentioned the software they use which tries to absorb the sound into the landscape
  8. Unfortunately Nissan was a disaster of a company when it created your car and still is, and most recently created another combined disaster alliance with Renault. Be aware, the trade value on your car is really low as no one wants to do the work & it's often only when it reaches near scrap value that someone (else) is willing to invest (their money) to try and fix. So if you're willing to front the money and fix your car that (you know) then that is most likely your best option (also understanding that it is outrageous that you should have to replace a CVT gearbox after 50K). If that isn't appealing consider a new Skoda Fabia 1.0 (Auto) on finance if you can't afford cash, it will last 20yrs.... (and avoid cars from the Stellantis group)
  9. there's a fox I know, I regularly pick his poo and I can tell you he aint getting his knife and fork out to choose between rabbit, feathers, nuts and berries for the evening. I'd say he has finessed recycling dog poop...
  10. the latest versions are fine but it's to be avoided on the 2nd hand market. Lookup Ford Ecoboost wet belt....
  11. Avoid any 2nd hand vehicle with the Ford petrol 1.0 Ecoboost engine and the Petrol 1.2 PureTech engine that can be found in Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall.... (you need to mention price for advice)
  12. I'm afraid the driver isn't able to escape the laws of physics which were laid down a few moments after the Big Bang
  13. ..... had a habit of going at bit too fast and learned his lesson.... he's not going to say that though
