Hey everyone! I'm selling my trusty MacBook Air M1, and it's looking for a new owner. This one's got the speedy 8GB of RAM and the upgraded 256GB SSD, so it's really zippy for everyday tasks. What makes this a great grab? Well, it still runs like a dream. The battery is in fantastic shape – honestly, it's barely been used, so you'll get tons of life out of it. And the screen is absolutely perfect, Full disclosure on the looks: there's a little damage and just next to where it says "MacBook Air (glass cracking), nothing that affects how the laptop works at all or It doesn't affect the screen at all. You know CEX sells these in B condition for £500 right now. Because of those tiny marks, I'm happy to let it go for £400 or your nearest offer. If you're after a reliable, powerful MacBook Air without the brand-new price tag, this could be the one for you! Feel free to send me a message if you're interested or have any questions.

I am selling my lazy spa Helsinki model with the wood effect this model isn't like other lazy spas where it's just like a paddling pool this one actually looks like wood and it's a lot thinner and rigid, from a distance you wouldn't think it was an inflatable one. Now for the bad parts the inside liner may need repairing slightly as more air comes out from one side but the air jets still work, there is a slight water leak from where the motor goes to the hot tub itself however I have researched that you can repair this with vinyl patch, the inflatable lid also has a slow puncher somewhere which would need a repair. The hot tub is working and heats correctly but sometimes will display an e02 fault I think this is due to the water leaking out of where the motor comes from. I've only had it a couple of years it is still fantastic the only reason why I'm selling it is because I am upgrading it at this point. It's a fantastic bit of kit for the summer very relaxing a little bit of luxury at a low cost. I am welcome to listen to any offers for this I would ideally want it gone by the weekend.

I would like to recommend Martyn Broad, he has done lots of work to my house, I firstly had him to lay some laminate flooring, this was done to a high standard and very competitively priced. I had him back a few weeks later to transform my hallway stairs, I will add the before and after pics here for you to see the difference. Ive had him over for so much carpentry in the past few months and he's is a great hard working man, with lots of experience and ideas to add to my ideas! Thanks Martyn to help renovate my home at an affordable budget. I'm not sure if his presence is on the forum. His number is 07754713982

Old Bob, I would recommend as soon as your contract runs out. Move over to BT since moving from Virgin to BT. I've had no issues at all for 2 years and it's cheaper. ;)

So as they drive into London it's 12.50. how about 2 days later when they leave London? -
Hi I have family coming up from Sussex , they need to pay ulez . My question is the £12.50 they pay is it one off payment? If they stay for 2 nights then travel back . Do they pay another 12.50 leaving east Dulwich?. They want to avoid paying the £10 auto admin fee. Cheers
