That's reassuring. I have found some bank branches try to get 2 assistants to serve 3 customers interleaved. Not naming which bank/ building society I mean ! -

I have seen barclays staff in action in the room.... I have a barclays account but it isnt my main account. I wonder if people have found the staff at G V library helpful (I can see positves and negatives between a room in lbrary and a branch), -

So its a scam enforced by Amazon Under data protection they should only retain data that is reasonable . The exact DOB is not reasonable, only fact you are over 18. But IANAL
