Once you have started a job with builder X it's a bit hard to change to builder Y.

I've added a repeating 2 weekly entry into my phone calendar. I suspect they are saving money by not having to print versions for each collection day of week. -

Recalling email is a "Microsoft outlook-ism" that isn't supported by all internet email programs. "Dyer, Lovern" is presumably a secretary or comms/digital person allowed to write on leaders behalf. Either they peaked too soon, or there was a typo.
