It appears there is a policy to prevent this Bench Locations At present we do not allow customers to specify any new locations for benches in Southwark. We will allow a commemorative bench to replace an existing bench where benches are reaching the end of their useful life I would contact a councillor as I am sure there are places in the park that warrant an additional bench. There is this new (or not so new) thing called google. Put FTTP in and it will tell you. Or not. More helpfully FTTP is Fibre to the premises. For houses you are more likely to get FTTC - FIbre to the cabinet.
