Hello there - I am going to have a family member look after my 9 month old and I'm not sure how much I should offer to pay her? She'll be taking care of her for 3 days per week. Also, should I pay her for the 5 weeks of holiday I take every year when she won't be looking after my daughter? Any other advise on potential things to cover in my agreement with her will be helpful. Thanks ALL!
