Another recommendation for Paul. We only have a shower. When it broke Paul arrangedto come quickly, with the correct replacement. Work was done to a high standard. Paul is efficient, helpful and prompt. Highly recommend.

Another recommendation for Andy. Had a complicated kitchen emergency. Andy gave me a quote then came back the next morning and did the job perfectly. Delighted with end result.

To slide a washing machine out of a tight fitting space between two cupboards. Washing machine does not need to be moved elsewhere as will be taken away when new washing machine is delivered. Also drill a hole in worktop around 10cm in size. Photos attached. Would love it to be done ASAP. 0794 159 4880

Walking around ED at lunchtime shocked at the amount of owners walking their dogs. Do they not realise they are risking their dogs life by doing this?

Did anyone have their brown bin emptied yesterday? I filled in a missed collection form yesterday and still not emptied.

Also why do dog owners put the dog poo in poo bags and then throw the poo bag on the pavement? Happens a lot around ED. If there is no bin take it home and throw in your bin!

Dog become unwell after walk in Peckham Rye this morning

Hi thanks for your concern. My dog was kept in overnight for IV fluids, bloods and urine toxicology screen. She is well now but very concerned about what made her unwell. She had hypersalivation and pin point pupils. Bloods and urine toxicology normal but it did take the vets quite a while to get the urine sample as dog non-compliant. -

Hi James Could you mention the revolting habit some dog owners have of bagging the dog poo and then leaving the bag on the pavement? Who on earth thinks this is acceptable? If they cannot find a bin take the bag home and put it in their own rubbish bin.

I also thoroughly recommend Andy. I had an emergency just before Christmas. Andy came to sort it out straight away. I found him knowledgeable, his work is to an excellent standard and he is extremely pleasant to deal with. I now need further work done and only considered Andy for the job.
