Hi I have a leak | internal damp patch in my ground floor flat in East Dulwich - it is coming from a first floor overhang I think - is there someone free week of 28th July to come and have a look and sort out? Also I need a repaint on outside of property including front door small wooden windows and fencing - any recomendations - the windows require a proper sand back and finish so reliable professionals only please!
