Sushi

I am in Landells Rd. Car has now been cehcked by VW to confirm wrong with locking etc. Was a long shot, but the answer is its fine. Means that I now have a car that I cant leave anything in. Trying to pursuade the leasing company to give me a new one but they currently aren't having any of it. My god son got really upset when he found out his "Crazy Frog" CD single had gone .... every cloud has a silver lining :-)

Hi I woke up this morning to find my car doors wide open and a few key things missing from my car. This is the second time this has happened in 3 weeks which even though I am no Miss Marple, I find very strange. All I can think of is that either (a) I am rediculously absent minded and is some opportunistic individual who keeps walking down my street (b) someone has some clever device to open golf doors © somoene with access to my keys is opening it for people. I know the last is quite a leep, but have had some other random things going on as well. Anyone else had anything similar happen that would support (a) or (b)?? I have reported it to the police but am sure I am way down the list of any priorities (and quite rightly so). S

Must agree with baldy and mockneyp .... matsuri (means carnival) and feng sushi are both good. Matsuri does really good tapanyaki downstairs and best of all it is done properly .... the rice will be served seperately from the meat so dont wait for your complete meal. Can particularly recommend current xmas menu .... good mix of food. Feng sushi is always fresh and well prepared. I will personally do a dance for the gods when they start selling proper Kobe beef in europe, never mind sushi in ED.

The little minxes are off with my car keys this morning ... you would have thought that one of the 20 pollish builders who have been in my house since some stupid o'clock this morning would have stopped them!

I have no time for the postal service since I lived with a postie (in a platonic fashion!). They used to work on TPO (Train mail) and would purposefully fail the mail if they didnt get asked to do overtime before they got on. Joyous thing was that the overtime would be paid regardless of whether they actually needed to work it! Bl**dy unions far tooooo powerful.

Try the AA - I pay less than ?350 for Buildings and Contents. They were half what I was quoted by some others.

I have the opposite problem - everytime I do work on my house and leave stuff outside for me to take to the tip, some kind person removes it over night .... now the estate agents failed to tell me that dobby the house elf came with my freehold!
