Saied and Richard helped us replace garden pebbles with grass, take out and replace several railway sleepers (with Mick's assistance), and cut down some shrubbery which was blocking sunlight for the grass. Saied's communication and friendly demeanour were excellent. He was sure to understand our exact requirements and we discussed things a few times to be certain we were on the same page. Saied was quick to respond via text or phone call, and promptly addressed any/all questions we had. Saied's and Richard's courteous and friendly approach made them welcome guests on site. Saied was also quick to share tips (e.g. what trees are best to plant) and best practices (e.g., taking care of existing plants in the garden) for additional areas of the garden. Saied also went beyond the call of duty when he personally collected replacement railway sleepers when the delivery truck was delayed; this was to make sure the works progressed within agreed timeframes and stayed on budget. Well done! Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saied and would gladly work with him again in the future.
