  1. Hi all, we are hosting a "Eat cake for charity" day for Macmillan. It will be this Saturday 6th October at The Capitol, 11am-3pm. So please pop in and enjoy some lovely homemade cakes and coffee, or get some to takeaway to enjoy later. Every single penny will go to help Macmillan continue the fantastic work that they do!

  7. Join us for Macmillan's Biggest Coffee Morning, on the 29th September, from 9am. There will be a range of homemade delicious cakes and treats, and of course good coffee and tea. A great way to help support a charity, whilst having a catch up with friends, meeting new people, or enjoying some alone time. Every penny raised will go directly to Macmillan to help them ensure no one faces cancer alone.   8. this Saturday august 12th, 12-5pm. The Capitol, London Road, are having a fun day in aid of Clic Sargent who work with children with cancer. there will be face painting, craft table, kids tattoos, cake sale, tombola, games and kids movies. sounds like fun.
  9. Thought this might be of interest to some. There is a Fun Day this Saturday 12-5pm at The Capitol in Forest Hill. Face painting, kids tattoos, kids movies, games, tombola, cake sale, craft table. All money raised will be going straight to Clic Sargent who help young people with cancer. So if your free and want to entertain the kids whilst helping such a fantastic cause, it sounds like a lot of fun!
  10. i just wanted to recommend my carpenter/handyman Rob. he is fantastic! helped me out a lot with my flat, especially storage solutions for all my kids stuff, shelves in most rooms, skirting and boxing in pipes. he'll be sorting out my wardrobe after the new year. he is reliable, quick and super friendly. he did a great job, even with my two lil ones running around (and watching him, asking a million questions lol). ill pm you his number x
  11. hi I highly recommend my handyman/carpenter Rob. he is reliable, honest, quick and reasonable charged. he is also extremely helpful and friendly, and a bit of a perfectionist. he was even understanding of my two lil ones running around, and they loved him. ill PM you his number if your still interested. x
  12. hi guys, I'm just looking foe some advice please. I'm looking in to starting up a newarly new sale, and I'm wondering if its needed in Dulwich/forest hill??? what are your thoughts??
  13. its suitable for kids. I think 9 am start to attract the early risers, especialy those going out and about for the day etc. I know my kids are early risers, even during the hols!

Every morning at 9am, we will be showing a different kids movie! While your kids enjoy a movie you could relax with a coffee for as little as 95p or even better a freshly prepared breakfast.
