We run regular horticultural therapy sessions at our allotment near Peckham Rye designed for participants to learn how to grow organic food together and to promote physical activity outdoors. This helps our gardeners develop life and social skills, whilst building confidence and most importantly having fun. Do you have an hour or so to help weed, do some digging, build raised beds, plant some fruit bushes, make some tea?
