My 14 month old loves the rhyme times at the libraries. We think the best one is at forest hill library as they do stories and accompany singing with guitar. However Dulwich library has Props for their songs. Grove vale library has some musical instruments and is a smaller group generally. On Thursdays Dulwich library has child sessions: they put out toys and craft activities, finishing with singing - suitable for babies up to pre-school. My daughter loves these sessions.

If you have a car then Sydenham high junior school has a great Tuesday morning stay and play session from 9:30 with lovely toys in great condition and you get to go in the playground too.

She's recently got into the toddler time cinema sessions at the picture house on Tuesday mornings too.

There is a nice music group on Monday afternoons at the Herne tavern called frog prince music. Would recommend it as it is run by lovely man with gsoh.

There's always whippersnappers too at the lodge in Dulwich park on Thursday mornings which is popular too.

Edtots website has lots of listings too.

    • It was a reactionary post and inappropriate when talking about a real case and a real person who was harmed.  London streets are generally pretty safe.  Sadly violent crime happens from time to time, as it always has.
    • Do tell, CPR Dave, what the spiteful jealous stuff is - I'm intrigued.  Agree - Burnham is a top class communicator (polar opposite of Starmer) he'd do a great job of uniting the party. I still think Wes Streeting has the edge, though I'm sure he has more enemies as well.
    • This is a huge part of the problem.   Starmer is only interested in himself, not in what is best for our country.    There's a litany of stuff he's done for spiteful jealous personal reasons which has damaged the nation enormously. Burnham would be a much better leader than of the other dross left behind when Starmer goes. To inflict a worse leader (and PM) upon us for his own selfish reasons would add to the problems and be entirely in keeping with his woeful premiership so far.
    • I heard today there was a burglary in Lacon Road yesterday evening between 20.00 - 22.00,  apparently the owners were home at the time & thieves got away with electrical items along with the owners car!  Wtf!   Anyone heard anything else?
