The powder was the result of a stupid prank - someone spraying powder from a fire extinguisher through people?s letterboxes. Thankfully nothing toxic and now all cleared.

I can strongly recommend Gokay as the best personal tainer I've had! I trained with him after having my first child and having to get back into shape. His sessions built up gradually meaning I felt really safe in starting to do exercise again after pregnancy and delivery. GOkay was very responsible in the way he built my training sessions and ensuring I achieved my fitness goals. I now feel as fit as I did before pregnancy! Also his sessions have been a great way to find some time of my own after taking care of my baby. I really look forward to saturay mornings in the park! We used Mark NewLove to install a new boiler and he did a brilliant job. He came in quickly when our boiler broke down and we had no hot water nor heating and went out of his way to install the new boiler and ensure the system was running smoothly. He also installed the NEST system which is very convenient! He knows his stuff really well and you feel confident you are paying for a serious and well finished job. this is a very useful thread! Im about to give birth and considering one even though midwife is discouraging it. did any of you had to as a result of the epidural, have forceps or ventouse? this is the only thing that's putting me off it. thanks for advice!
