TEEN FLEX: Mondays at 6-7pm

A fusion of yoga and Pilates, this is a really great class to chill out and learn to stretch! Stretching properly is key to every sport going so this is really worthwhile. TEEN BOX: Wednesdays at 6-7pm (STARTING WEDS 20th APRIL)

NEW to the Teen Programme is Teen Box! This is a fantastic way to learn the basics of boxing, get your hands round the gloves and get sweaty! It's cardio training, muscle strengthening and tension relieving! Be prepared to work hard.


YOUTH GYM: Saturday at 11am-Noon

Youth Gym is an excellent way to learn the ropes with gym equipment. It's so important that you know how to get the most out of the gym and this class is run by our absolutely amazing Marco, who takes a lot of care and time with each person. Choose a pace and programme that works for you and your body.
