hi - just wondering how this works - I saw the other painting posted yesterday and really liked it but it was already sold.

If this is raising money for charity, is there an end date for bids? or would any bid be accepted at any point?

Hi Angelina, sorry for not replying sooner, I get confused sometimes as to whom I have replied to and not! To answer your question, normally I run more formal art auction events raising funds towards the charity project but i'm just testing the water and making some storage space with a few pieces online.As all the work has been donated by the artists for the cause, there is no starting bid or set time scale in this instance. The idea is to create an accessible pathway to quality artworks, where people can put an offer forward that they feel they can afford. I simply go with the best offer. Sometimes people fight for a piece, sometimes there is no interest. Art is so personal! Hope that helps!
