Floarboard gap filling and varnishing/painting

Looking for someone to do a good job of filling the gap between pine floors that have already been sanded.

Apparently strips of mdf/pine better for this (and you can buy these purpose made?)!?

Then either looking for painting or whitening (osmo/blanchon)

Floor approx 40m2 (4 rooms, corridor)

Could do the work in stages, potentially, but we need to move back into at least 1 of those rooms ASAP.

Please get in touch!

I used those on my floor throughout my flat. Most, 95%, are still in place 7 years later and it's much warmer while still letting some air through. You may need to replace a few here and there in heavy footfall areas but it's easy. I really recommend them as most other fillers just fall through the gaps.

And should have added, I'm desperate to find someone who can start this week.

We would potnwntially be happy to do the work in stages so as long as 2 of the rooms were done this week we could negotiate one when the rest was done if that makes sense?

I am all for supporting local business and personally very glad after appalling service earlier this year Gail’s has closed.. Change of staff and chefs were unreal.. In one month alone must have had at least 4 new chefs plus god knows how many waiters/ waitresses.. when Ai saw that happening, new it was gonna be down hill all the way.

    • I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened,  which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just  have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure  was an unavoidable one off ....
